Small Group Training

If you like the idea of squeezing in a powerful, high-energy training session in less time, you’ll love Small Group Training. Your group training starts with a dynamic warm-up and core training, followed by 40 minutes of intense exercise. You use all club equipment and each session is different.

Circuit training stations alternate between muscle groups which, aside from allowing for this speedier workout, also means that your brain switches on and engages in what you’re doing. And that leads to more body awareness in your life. All good things.

Your Sports Clubs personal trainer is a seasoned Sherpa to guide you on the road to your goals.

Personal training at Sports Clubs is foremost about you: your life, your goals, and your interests. Your personal trainer sets out to understand how they can help you define and reach your goals. Every personal training program starts by taking a closer look at your health and lifestyle. Then your personal trainer can help structure your workouts and inspire, compliment, course-correct and push you along.

Parents and kids

Sometimes the best thing you can possibly do for your kids is to take really good care of yourself.

At Sports Clubs, we took the concept of “family health club” all the way. Our Parents and Kids service lets your kids be creative, socialize and have a blast in a safe environment staffed by childcare specialists. You don’t have to feel guilty for dropping off your kids! Time at Parents and Kids is productive time for kids. Our CPR-certified, educated Parents and Kids staff works with kids on motor skills, communication and confidence.

Fitness Suites

The Club boasts three fully air conditioned fitness areas. Refurbished with technogym cardiovascular and strength training equipment, we also have a selection of free weights.

Relax Yoga

We welcome people from all levels of expertise, from no experience to someone who practices on a regular basis. Drop by a class with any of our instructors and see if this club is for you!

Martial Arts

The best way to improve your Strength, Speed, Agility, Flexibility, Balance, Co-ordination and Mobility. Complete beginners are welcome.

Group Exercise Classes

Classes are included in your inclusive membership and are constantly reviewed to provide you with the most innovative programme.
